Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping fees?

We ship DDU internationally. The cost of shipping can be calculated at the checkout page based on your location and package weight. Shipping is free for all domestic orders within Singapore. Some countries outside of Singapore may require import tax, duties and related custom fees which are not covered in our shipping fees.

How do I track my package?

A shipment confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your package.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details after your order has been placed.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

RETURN & REFUND

What is Phytor’s return policy?

We are committed to meet and exceed customer expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. You can request a refund or exchange by writing in to [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery of your order. Simply send it back to us and we will refund you the full cost of the product less the shipping, taxes, or duties.

Note that only purchases made directly from phytor.com are eligible for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For all other purchases, please contact your authorised resellers for merchant guarantees.
